Disinfecting Services Designed to Keep Your Facility as Safe as Possible

Our professional disinfecting services have been curated carefully to comply with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) so that we kill as many illness-causing germs as possible.

What does this entail?

We use mist sprayers to spray hard surfaces, wiping them down with a fresh microfiber cloth per CDC recommendations. This is its preferred method for disinfection rather than using tools like foggers or electrostatic sprays offered by other disinfection cleaning companies that focus on quick disinfecting methods instead of thorough ones.

We wipe down all hard surfaces, paying special attention to high-touch surfaces. What kinds of places are considered high touch?

  • Tables, desks and countertops
  • Electronics like keyboards and each computer’s mouse
  • Handrails and handles
  • Elevator buttons
  • Employee break rooms and kitchen surfaces
  • Phones
  • Toilets and bathrooms
  • Sinks, faucets and handles

Other precautions we’re taking? We implement physical distancing practices so that our team members are keeping a safe distance from your employees and each other while they are disinfecting your space.

Putting Your Fears to Rest:

Frequently Asked Questions

How are you ensuring the continued safety of your workers and our facilities?

We are asking our employees to self-report even the slightest of symptoms with us, like discomfort, a headache or malaise. We check in with these employees daily.
If employees begin to show symptoms of COVID-19, we ask them immediately to be tested for the virus and/or self-quarantine for at least 14 days and until they no longer exhibit symptoms. Those who have displayed symptoms or tested positive need medical clearance to return to work or a minimum of 14 days out.

How are you changing your cleaning routines to help prevent the spread of the virus?

We are working with our clients on an individual basis to come up with a plan that works best for them. Many of our clients have added our disinfection services to their daily or weekly cleaning plans. With other clients who are operating on a tighter budget, we work closely to adjust their current tasks. This might look like replacing some regular dusting with more attention to disinfecting and sanitizing touchpoints.

Are you providing additional disinfectants for your clients to disinfect their work areas?

In facilities we only clean at night, we have set up disinfectants in spray bottles for our clients to use to maintain a disinfected space. In facilities where we have day porters, our day porters are taking care of disinfection during the day so your employees can focus on their tasks at hand.

What additional training have you provided for your employees?

We have worked closely with all of our team members, working hands on at the locations they serve, demonstrating proper disinfection techniques in multiple areas of the facility so they understand all the necessary steps to best protect your space.

We also have trained our employees on how to safely wear and remove PPE so they don’t contaminate themselves or recontaminate your space. We are communicating on the hazards and best practices for using disinfectants, face guards, masks, gloves and more.

For the newer, more powerful disinfectants we are using, we have shared all the corresponding safety data sheets (SDSs) for proper usage, appropriate contact times for disinfection and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
