As an industry professional it is our goal to work with you for as long as possible, and hopefully that is for many years. To do this we must always be vigilant in providing you the right value point for your money.
If your contractor is not asking the right questions, or unfortunately not asking any questions, then how can they truly understand what it is that you want to have done and how they can save you the most money.
As a Janitorial Professional, I strive every day to understand how we can save our clients the most money by asking LOTS of questions. I've been told by clients many times that I'm taking to much of their time, but when they see the plan that I've outlined for them and the cost savings that I'm providing they are always very greatful.
If your contractor is not asking the right questions then maybe it's time to find the RIGHT person to do the job for you and not just then next lowest priced person.
